Service Policies
- Service Fee: A flat 15% fee is applied to "A La Carte" orders to cover professional labor, local delivery, and on-site installation.
- Taxes: Please note that North Carolina Sales Tax will be applied to all orders as required by law.
- Rentals: All vases, cylinders, containers, and fabrics are provided on a rental basis. A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential loss or damage.
- Booking: A 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure your wedding date on our calendar.
